Depending on the weight and size of the products, your order will be discreetly shipped in an envelope or package.

Parcels to NL and BE,  are delivered within 1-2 business days if in stock. All our packages can be followed with a track and trace. For Germany, France the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. For the other countries in Europe, the delivery time is 4-8 working days. We do not ship products outside Europe. When you are not at home the postman will put a note in your mailbox. The parcel normally remains at the post office for 1 to 2 weeks. Please pick it up on time. fresh products that we have sent and are not picked up at the post office or parcelshop and that are returned will not be refunded or replaced.
For letterbox shipments you do not have to stay at home, the postman will deliver it to your letterbox.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Reimbursement of the grow kit<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mushroom grow kits are susceptible to infection and bacteria. Manufacturers state that a grow kit that does not show any mushrooms one month after setup cannot be salvaged. It is therefore important to set up the grow kit within 2 days of receipt and report any problems to us within 4 weeks of delivery.<\/p>

If a grow kit does not function properly, it may be eligible for a warranty from the manufacturer, and we can start the compensation process. You can easily do this by sending an email to our customer service department at:
