After all, the active ingredient, psilocybin, is in your body and doing its job. However, you can do some things to ensure that the effects wear off more quickly.<\/p>

What you can do is get moving. For example, go for a walk or run. Exercise will speed up your metabolism. This allows your body to convert and excrete the drugs faster. Other agents that can speed up metabolism are certain spices, herbs and antioxidants. Examples include grape seed extract, turmeric, magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids, hawthorn and milk thistle.<\/p>

If you’re having a bad trip right now, it’s best to look for a quiet place where you feel safe. You got into this unpleasant trip because of negative emotions such as fear, anger or sadness. A safe, comfortable place can help redirect or tone down these feelings. Ask a good friend to join you, put on nice music and eat some good food. Sometimes the trip puts you in touch with parts of yourself that you struggle with. Let that person know that the trip really will pass again and try to reassure them.<\/p>

If someone is stuck in negative thoughts (which can well happen because people can become totally absorbed in their thinking during a trip), it’s a good idea to focus attention on something else. The other tablets contain valerian, which helps you relax better, so you can quickly unwind.<\/p>

So stopping a trip immediately whenever you want is unfortunately not possible. But you can fortunately do something to ensure that the trip comes to an end more quickly. It is also wise to take this into account before tripping. Remember that there is no off button. Look carefully at the circumstances before tripping. Are the set and setting in order?
