You can see how this leads to a vicious circle. If things get worse at work, you worry about it, and then you find it harder to fall asleep again.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>The danger of sleeping pills<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If sleep problems persist, start looking for a solution. Most remedies are stopgap, they don&#8217;t solve the underlying cause. A first step is usually a known tranquilizer like St. John&#8217;s wort, valerian or melatonin.
