You can also benefit from the boost in energy, which can also promote concentration. The thing is, mushrooms have their own unique flavor, and it is certainly different from coffee. Not everyone will enjoy a cup of &#8220;coffee&#8221; based only on mushrooms. Therefore, the trick is to look for ways to make a coffee that tastes good.<\/p><p>You can still use regular coffee, but for example, half of what you would normally take. Further enrich your coffee with one or more medicinal mushrooms. If you keep the percentage of coffee high, you won&#8217;t taste much of the mushrooms, but then, of course, you won&#8217;t really reap the benefits either.<\/p><p>Another option is to make a cocoa-based coffee and mix powder from medicinal mushrooms into it. Commonly used species are Lion&#8217;s Mane, Maitake, Cordyceps, Chaga and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dutchmicrodosing.com\/en\/medicinal-mushrooms\/reishi-ganoderma-lucidum-120-caps\/\">Reishi<\/a><\/strong>. In addition, of course, you can flavor your coffee with spices such as cinnamon and ginger and sweeten with honey, agave or maple syrup.
