Liquid mycelium made with pure mushroom cultures is much more effective than liquid cultures made with spores. The advantage of a liquid culture is that it spreads much more evenly through a pot of grain, and you will see faster colonization of the grain. The contents of syringe are for colonizing substrates only and not for direct consumption. Experience a royal feeling with the Red Reishi mushroom, also called the &#8220;mushroom of immortality&#8221; in traditional Chinese medicine. For more than 2,000 years, this mushroom has been held in high regard in Chinese medicine. This appreciation is due to its rich presence of natural vitamins, nutrients and adaptogens.<\/p>\n<h3>Contents<\/h3>\n<p>These items are further packaged in a zippered bag to further protect against contamination.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1x 20ml liquid culture in a syringe<\/li>\n<li>1x alcohol wipe<\/li>\n<li>1x sterile needle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Use<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Add 1-2ml per 1L jar of sterilized grain.<\/li>\n<li>Shake the liquid culture well before use. Red Reishi has slow and sometimes irregular growth. It may seem like no growth is taking place, but the process has probably already begun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>After<\/strong> use<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Store it again in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li>Dry the needle thoroughly with a new alcohol wipe before replacing the protective cap to prevent rust.<\/li>\n<li>Optional: use a lighter to heat the needle and evaporate any remaining water. Then let it cool before replacing the cap.<\/li>\n<li>Put the liquid culture in a ziplock bag for extra protection and place it back in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These instructions ensure that the liquid culture remains effective and usable for as long as possible.<\/p>\n<h3>On what substrate do we grow<\/h3>\n<p>The answer is hardwood (most suitable: oak, beech, birch, alder).
