Perfect for those who have some extra space in the garden and would like to grow in a sustainable way.<\/p>\n<h3>Features<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Especially for outdoor use<\/li>\n<li>Substrate: wood chips<\/li>\n<li>Very potent strain, not suitable for beginners<\/li>\n<li>Planting period: late March to early June (northern Europe), September-December (southern Europe)<\/li>\n<li>Colonization at 16-24\u00baC, fruiting at about 7\u00baC<\/li>\n<li>Harvest period: October-January<\/li>\n<li>Multiple harvests per year possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ingredients and composition<\/h3>\n<p>The Azurescens Outdoor Growkit contains 280 ml of substrate with 100% active mycelium.<\/p>\n<h3>Supplies<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A 10 liter bag of small beech wood chips, size +\/- 5mm. these are available at pet and garden stores<\/li>\n<li>A brown cardboard box, max depth 15 cm (30 x 30 x 15 cm)<\/li>\n<li>A 1 liter plastic container<\/li>\n<li>One liter of soil (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Grass seeds (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Take a 1 liter plastic container (with a lid) and fill it with 2\/3 wood chips Now fill the container with boiling water.<\/li>\n<li>Leave the container overnight (submerged) or 12 hours and then drain the water.<\/li>\n<li>Now wash your hands. Open the grow kit and gently break up the mycelium with a clean fork or something similar.<\/li>\n<li>Add the contents of the grow kit to the moist wood chips in the plastic container. Use a clean fork or something similar to evenly distribute the mycelium and wood chips.<\/li>\n<li>Once mixed and distributed, cover with a layer of wet cardboard. Plain brown cardboard is best. Place the lid loosely on the container so that the mycelium is protected from dust but can still breathe. Without air, the mycelium will not grow.<\/li>\n<li>Leave the plastic container at room temperature in a clean, dust-free room for about a month to allow the wood chips to be fully inoculated. You will know when it is fully inoculated because the contents have turned white. Your substrate is now ready for outdoor use.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the rest of your wood chips into a large bucket or something similar and submerge them in boiling water. You can also use a large pan and put it on the stove.<\/li>\n<li>Leave the wood chips in the water overnight. When finished, drain the water.<\/li>\n<li>Wash your hands. Fill your cardboard box with both your wood chips colonized by mycelium and your moist wood chips.<\/li>\n<li>Take a clean fork or something similar and mix everything evenly.<\/li>\n<li>Bury the (open) cardboard box in a shady spot under a bush or tree.
