Il s&rsquo;agit de ne rien manger pendant 16 heures, suivies d&rsquo;une p\u00e9riode de 8 heures pendant laquelle vous pouvez manger. Vous pouvez l&rsquo;imaginer comme suit.<\/p><ul><li><p>  Vous vous levez \u00e0 7 heures du matin, en commen\u00e7ant normalement par le petit-d\u00e9jeuner, mais maintenant vous ne le faites plus. Pendant les 8 heures suivantes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 heures le soir, vous pouvez prendre des repas normaux.
