Ponetevi delle domande: Di cosa sono preoccupato? Cosa mi d\u00e0 energia? Ecco tre modi per rendere significativo lo stare da soli:<\/p><h3>1. Nella natura ci si rilassa<\/h3><p>Una passeggiata nel bosco, le mani nella terra del giardino o semplicemente su una panchina nel parco: la natura offre una tranquillit\u00e0 che non si trova altrove. <em>La teoria del ripristino dell&#8217;attenzione<\/em> afferma che la natura aiuta a ripristinare la fatica cognitiva (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fs.fed.us\/pnw\/pubs\/journals\/pnw_2008_kaplan002.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kaplan, 2008<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p><h3>2. La creativit\u00e0 come specchio del proprio mondo interiore<\/h3><p>Scrivere, disegnare, fare musica e altre espressioni creative sono un punto di accesso diretto al vostro subconscio. Prendete un quaderno bianco e scrivete tutto ci\u00f2 che vi viene in mente senza giudicare. L&#8217;espressione creativa aiuta a elaborare le emozioni e spesso fornisce intuizioni sorprendenti (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apa.org\/monitor\/2020\/11\/healing-power-art\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">APA, 2020<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p><h3>3.
