Use

Green Borneo Kratom can be used in a variety of ways. Traditionally, the ground leaves are mixed with a hot beverage such as tea, coffee or even incorporated into a smoothie. For a more pleasant taste, you can add some honey. A common dosage is between 1 and 4 grams. The effect usually begins after 30 to 60 minutes and may last for several hours.
