Ingredients and/or composition

• 10 ml liquid Golden Teacher culture in sterile water with nutrients
• 1 sterile 18G needle
• 1 alcohol wipe for clean work

Use

For best results, hygienic work is essential.

This is how to use the syringe:

1. Sterilize the substrate by heating or steaming it to kill bacteria and fungi.
2. Prepare the substrate with materials such as brown rice flour or rye. Make sure it is slightly moist.
3. Shake the syringe well to distribute the mycelium evenly.
4. Inject small amounts of the culture at different spots in the substrate.
5. Let it incubate in a dark place at a stable temperature between 20 and 25°C.
6. Monitor the progress and harvest the mushrooms as soon as they are fully developed.
