Ingredients and/or composition

• 10 ml of Hillbilly Pumpkin liquid culture
• 1x 18G sterile hypodermic needle
• 1x alcohol wipe for disinfection

Use

1. Allow the syringe to come to room temperature.
2. Work in a clean environment and disinfect the injection port and work area.
3. Attach the needle and use the alcohol wipe to keep everything sterile.
4. Inject 1 to 2 ml into the chosen substrate.
5. Place the substrate in a dark place with a temperature between 20 and 25°C. Check regularly for signs of growth.
