Use

There are two traditional ways to use the dream root:

1. In capsules
   Grind the root into a fine powder and fill capsules with it. The recommended dosage is between 500 mg and 3 grams per day, for 3 to 5 consecutive days.
2. As a drink (traditional method)
   Grind the root into powder and add a tablespoon to half a liter of water. Whisk this mixture until it foams. Then slowly drink the foam until you have a slightly full feeling. The best time to do this is on an empty stomach, just before bedtime.

Please note: the effect is not in the moment of ingestion just before bedtime, but in the build-up of the substance in your system. So you take it in the morning, but you mainly notice the effect while dreaming at night.
