Ingredients and/or composition

• 10 ml of Cascadian Teacher liquid culture
• 1x sterile needle (18G)
• 1x alcohol wipe for disinfection

Use

1. Allow the syringe to reach temperature before use.
2. Ensure a clean working environment and disinfect the injection port.
3. Attach the needle and use the alcohol wipe to keep everything sterile.
4. Inject 1-2 ml of the liquid into the chosen substrate.
5. Place the substrate in a dark and warm place (20-25°C) and follow the development of the mycelium.

Requirements for successful cultivation

• Nutrition: Sterile grain such as rye or corn
• Substrate: For example, coir fiber, sawdust, straw or other biological material
• Culture: This liquid culture or another trace source

Note: Keep humidity stable with a growbag or monotub. Always work hygienically and use a clean needle to avoid contamination.
