How will my package be delivered?
All our orders we ship with DHL or GLS prefer another transportation method? Send your question to info@dutchmicrodosing.com
Packaging / Shipping
Depending on the weight and size of the products, your order will be discreetly shipped in an envelope or package.
On the outside of your postal package only your name and a return address will be mentioned.
Delivery time & shipping costs
Parcels to NL and BE, are delivered within 1-2 business days if in stock. All our packages can be followed with a track and trace. For Germany, France the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. For the other countries in Europe, the delivery time is 4-8 working days. We do not ship products outside Europe. Your order will not be shipped to you until we receive payment.
What happens to my package if I am not home?
When you are not at home the postman will put a note in your mailbox. The parcel normally remains at the post office for 1 to 2 weeks. Please pick it up on time. fresh products that we have sent and are not picked up at the post office or parcelshop and that are returned will not be refunded or replaced.
For letterbox shipments you do not have to stay at home, the postman will deliver it to your letterbox.
Can I track my package online?
If your order was shipped as a package, you can track it from about 12 hours after shipment. The Track & Tracé link can be found with the order in my account and/or will be sent to you by email.
Returns
Because the products are delivered fresh, they cannot be returned.
Reimbursement of the grow kit
Mushroom grow kits are susceptible to infection and bacteria. Manufacturers state that a grow kit that does not show any mushrooms one month after setup cannot be salvaged. It is therefore important to set up the grow kit within 2 days of receipt and report any problems to us within 4 weeks of delivery.
If a grow kit does not function properly, it may be eligible for a warranty from the manufacturer, and we can start the compensation process. You can easily do this by sending an email to our customer service department at:

Please include:
- A photo of the set-up/grow kit
- A clear explanation of everything you have done to grow the grow kit up to the moment of the complaint
Upon receiving your email, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive a clear response from us, possibly with instructions on how to save the grow kit. If it turns out that the grow kit cannot be restored even after our tips, you will receive a voucher that can be spent on DutchMicrodosing.com.
Please note: A grow kit that has already been reimbursed is not eligible for reimbursement again.
We request that you report any defects to us as soon as possible after discovery.
